DRC Certification Program
DRC
Services is pleased to offer two exciting certification program that will
evaluate your knowledge, skills and experience in the fields of management and
human resources. Certification will proof to potential employers that you have
the relevant skills and knowledge for related positions in industry. We have a
very tough certification process that will enable employers to recognize your
certificate as a valuable qualification. We keep a database of all certified
candidates so that potential employers can verify your achievements. Our
certification is based on our evaluation of the candidates experiences,
knowledge and professionalism.
DRC-CMP Program -Certified
Management Professional (sign

Requirements;
- Experience- Applicants must have at
least 5 years working experience of which at least 2yrs must be in
managerial position. This will be evaluated by the certification committee.
Applicants must submit a comprehensive resume and letter of reference from
the employer where they obtained their management experiences.
- Knowledge-Applicants must pass the
following DRC Services courses or submit proof of having done such topics at
Diploma or Undergraduate levels. (cost of taking the courses are not
included in the certification fees and are payable separately)
-Understanding Financial Statements
-Human Resources Management
-Marketing Management
-Decision Making for Managers
-Managerial Economics
-Performance Management
- Applicants with accredited Bachelor
degrees in Management or Business Administration or MBAs will be be able to
apply for exemption from the knowledge requirement.
- Professionalism -Applicants will be
given a topic on ethics and professionalism at work and must produce a 5000
word essay on the topic based on our guidelines. Once certified, the
candidate must undertake professional development activities to keep
themselves certified. Professional Development Points (PDP) can be obtained
via training, projects and other relevant activities. See table below
- All the above must be completed with full
payment of certification fees before Certification can take place.
DRC-CHRMgr program
-Certified HR Manager (sign
up here)
Requirements:-
- Experience- Applicants must have at
least 5 years working experience of which at least 2yrs must be as a HR
manager or Assistant HR Manager. This will be evaluated by the certification
committee.
-Applicants must submit a comprehensive resume and letter of reference from
the employer where they obtained their management experiences.
-Applicants must provide evidence of experience in at least three of the
following areas: recruitment, interviewing, performance appraisals, job
design, training, orientation, counselling and disciplinary action.
- Knowledge-Applicants have a degree
or equivalent in HR, Social Sciences or Business studies and must pass the
following DRC Services courses or submit proof of having done such topics at
Diploma or Undergraduate levels. (cost of taking the courses are not
included in the certification fees and are payable separately)

Continuous Professional Development
-Recertification
The certification above for CHRMgr or CMP is
valid for a period of 2 years only. To continue Certification all candidates
must accumulate 50 Professional Development Points (PDP) during the two years
and pay a nominal recertification fee of US$50 for a new 2 year period. If the
certification lapse at anytime, a fee of US$50 will be charged in additional to
any recertification fee for recertification. A log book will be provided for
such purpose. Points are awarded as folows
