A complete project on business planning will consist of all of the above and it is highly recommended that a company go through the entire process every 5 years or so. On the other hand we can do a project at the budgeting level only provided that the company already has a strategic plan ready. An assignment to complete the entire project above would take 3-6 weeks and we will charge US$400 per man day. However, we are willing to do the entire project on a lump sum professional fee of US$11,200 excluding expenses if the company qualifies as a small and medium sized enterprise (SME) . Our definition of a SME is any company that is not listed on the stock exchange and has an annual turn over below US$10 million.

*This service can be obtained separately - This can be provided on distance learning basis at US$399 per staff or US$300 per staff if the company signs up more than 10 staff. Assessment and certificate of achievement provided. This is useful for non-finance staff moving into management positions or as a prerequisite for staff promotion into management ranks. Two days seminars leading to the same results can be arrange at US$2500 per day up to a maximum of 12 participants.
