Mr. Shum YL is our principal consultant and founder. A graduate from the National University of Singapore, Mr. Shum has many years of senior management and professional experiences. His areas of expertise include business planning, financial management and organizational development . He is a freelance trainer and consultant and his current areas of interest include management education, human resources, business planning and financial management .
